MUST HAVE SOLID CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE WITH A CORPORATION. Sorry...NO RETAIL.

Solid corporation with office around the U.S.
HANDLE HIGH VOLUME PHONE CALLS THROUGH TOLL-FREE LINES IN CALL CENTER SETTING.
Handle calls from customers, troubleshoot issues, manage inventory systems, perform inventory audits, track shipments, create shipment schedules, handle daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of sold volume utilizing Excel. Process new orders, reconcile disputed orders, maintain records, etc. Investigate billing errors and prepare invoices.
Need very strong attention to detail, good math, STRONG EXCEL and great interpersonal skills!
3 - 10 + years of experience as a customer service representative or management level.
Longevity and 4 yr. degree a plus.
Location: Norwalk, CT
Compensation: Base $ 45k up to $ 60k DOE
